Business Manufacturing Service – Sonya-Marie` is predominately a manufacturing sewing services store, which has been able to help many local and interstate businesses over the last several years with their refurbishment needs. Our manufacturing arm has helped businesses such as resorts, holiday apartments, café’s, restaurants, décor shops and caravan businesses, service their customers with a modern, fresh new look. Some of these customers include repeat business from well known sporting personalities and politicians.. Our items are sewn on industrial machines using quality supplies to give a professional, commercial and durable finish. Please view our services page to see some of the items we can help you with.
Personal Sewing or Mending Service – Sonya-Marie` also offers sewing, alterations and mending services for those personal needs such as repairing jeans, replacing zips or taking up hems. You may like to redecorate a room in your home or refurbish the whole home and can’t find what you want, so why not have it made. Sonya-Marie can help you with your home décor needs. You will notice that Sonya-Marie is a services store only. This gives you the customer the opportunity to have ‘one off’ items made to suit your requirements.
You may note that our shop is only set up for services being offered and made in Australia.

Terms and Conditions
By using the site and services of sonya-marie.com you agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions as set out below. If you don’t agree to these terms and conditions please refrain from using this site and its services.
Appointments should be made before arriving at the premises. Please keep your said appointment or notify Sonya-Marie of your inability to keep the appointment at the first possible time.
Project sewing:
Customers generally provide their own fabric for projects (unless otherwise agreed to) and are responsible for washing the fabric for shrinkage (if this is required for your project) prior to giving the fabric to ‘Sonya-Marie’ for sewing your item. Sonya-Marie takes no responsibility for skrinkage after the item has been made and then washed.
If Sonya-Marie is purchasesing the fabric on the customers behalf the cost of the fabric is to be paid for prior to the fabric order. This purchase payment is non refundable.
In some cases a part payment for large orders will be asked for, which is also non refundable. Final payment of the balance will then be required prior to collection of large orders. Smaller orders can be paid prior to or on collection with cash.
Payment Methods.
Services provided are to generally be collected by the customer and payment provided on or prior to collection. All items provided to Sonya-Marie for repair or make up will remain the posession of Sonya-Marie until full payment has been made. Sonya-Marie does not provide a layby system but will allow some flexability in payment when discussed and agreed upon by both parties.
If no such agreement has been made and payment has not occured after 2 months the item or items may be disposed of or sold on by Sonya-Marie to make a return on her unpaid fees for sewing services.
Returns and exchanges
Please choose your items carefully. And provide or check measurements. Should there be any faulty purchases sonya-marie.com is happy to repare that item provided they are returned in the original condition and must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Products that have clearly been miss handled will be repaired at the cost of the customer.
Please email sonya@sonya-marie.com with the following details: name, product name, the reason for request for replacement, exchange or refund. Please note the cost for these returns is at the customers cost.
Return /refund policy does not apply if the products have been used, worn, damaged or soiled and Sonya-Marie` reserves the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
