Business Manufacturing Service – Sonya-Marie` is predominately a manufacturing sewing services store, which has been able to help many local and interstate businesses over the last several years with their refurbishment needs. Our manufacturing arm has helped businesses such as resorts, holiday apartments, café’s, restaurants, décor shops and caravan businesses, service their customers with a modern, fresh new look. Some of these customers include repeat business from well known sporting personalities and politicians.. Our items are sewn on industrial machines using quality supplies to give a professional, commercial and durable finish. Please view our services page to see some of the items we can help you with.
Personal Sewing or Mending Service – Sonya-Marie` offers sewing, alterations and mending services for those personal needs such as repairing jeans, replacing zips or taking up hems. You may like to redecorate a room in your home or refurbish the whole home and can’t find what you want, so why not have it made. Sonya-Marie can help you with your home décor needs. You will notice that Sonya-Marie is not just a services store we also have a small amount of items for sale on our shop pages. These items are generally ‘one off’ or limited fashions designs which is great for those that want to be sure that they won’t see someone else wearing the same outfit.
You may note that our shop is only set up for purchases being made in Australia and shipped to an Australian address, we are however able to sell and ship to other countries. I asked that you email me for these purchases so I can work out your correct postage before making your purchase, thanks. Please make yourself aware of our Terms and Conditions which can be found at the bottom of this page, before using our site.

By using the site and services of sonya-marie.com you agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions as set out below. If you don’t agree to these terms and conditions please refrain from using this site and its services.
Payment Methods
Purchases may be paid for by the shopper using pay pal. Purchases will not be mailed out until payments are received and clearly in our account.
All prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of any tax charges. A postage charge will apply to all orders unless stated. For all Australian deliveries the postage amount will be added to your order at checkout before your payment details are entered.
Please allow 7 – 10 days for delivery once your payment has been received. If there is likely to be any delay with your order sonya-marie.com will contact you to notify you and you will have the option of changing or cancelling your order.
Returns and exchanges
Please choose your items carefully. Measurements guides for our sizes are noted on this site. Should there be any faulty purchases sonya-marie.com is happy to refund you for that item provided they are returned in the original condition with original Sonya-Marie` tags and must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Only products that are faulty and returned in their original condition will be refunded all other items will be returned to the customer at their own cost.
For any returns please email sonya@sonya-marie.com with the following details: name, invoice number, product name, the reason for return and request for replacement, exchange or refund. Please note the cost for these returns is at the customers cost.
Return /refund policy does not apply if the products have been used, worn, damaged or soiled and Sonya-Marie` reserves the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. It is suggested that you insure your return package as sonya-marie.com cannot be held responsible for any product lost or damaged in the post.
